Sure they did, Clinton bombed the snot out of Iraq while he was in the impeachment process. All for the sake of 'containment' of a so called great threat, that everyone now knows was a paper tiger. The sanctions he helped maintain had reduced Iraq to a third world status country with a crippled military.
Read your history kiddies. While Clinton to Bush, is as apples to agent orange, he was by no means perfect and definetly not the deiety he is made out to be.
